KRD Original Work
KRD reserves rights over source code, application logic, AI workflow orchestration, prompts and prompt systems authored by KRD, project architecture, documentation, diagrams, UI/UX concepts, generated project materials owned or controlled by KRD and permitted by applicable provider terms, LLM brief structures, automation scripts, backend/frontend implementation, private dossiers, and public or private project materials created by KRD.

Viewing this website does not grant a license. Accessing a public page does not grant a license. Receiving private access does not grant a license. Copying an LLM brief does not grant a license. Demos, previews, screenshots and project descriptions do not grant implementation rights. GitHub access or repository visibility, if ever provided, does not grant reuse rights unless a license file or separate written agreement says so.
Third-Party Brands and Collaborator IP
Third-party names, brands, logos, trademarks and project contexts remain property of their respective owners. References to Luno, Reel One, Famousify, Himil, Tiziano Fioriti or other external entities do not imply ownership by KRD. KRD's rights apply to KRD-created code, architecture, systems, workflows, documentation and implementation layers. Collaborator, client and partner rights are governed by separate written agreements where they exist.
Open Source and Dependencies
Third-party open-source dependencies remain under their respective licenses. Nothing on this site removes or replaces upstream licenses. KRD proprietary code and project material are not automatically open-source because a project may use open-source dependencies.
Private Access
Private project areas are invitation-only and access-controlled. Private access is personal, revocable and does not grant redistribution rights. Private technical details, demos, screenshots, diagrams, documents and architecture notes may not be copied, published, trained on, scraped, redistributed or used to build competing systems without written permission.
AI and LLM Usage
LLM brief buttons are provided to help understand and discuss KRD projects. Copied briefs do not grant a license to reproduce or implement KRD systems. Public LLM briefs may be shared for evaluation and conversation. Private LLM briefs and private dossier material must not be shared outside authorized review contexts. No permission is granted to use private KRD material for model training, dataset creation, scraping or competitive system reconstruction.
