KRD is not a generic AI agency and not just a portfolio.

It is a studio/lab for operational software, AI media orchestration, production tools, virtual production systems, workflow automation, post-production infrastructure and applied R&D prototypes.

The work sits between cinema operations and software R&D: tools for production intelligence, script-to-production structure, DCP/KDM operations, personal data infrastructure, AI workflow control and systems that make messy operational processes inspectable.

Many KRD systems are self-initiated: they start from real production, technical or operational pressure before there is a standard client brief. That is part of the method, not a weakness.

Projects are treated as proofs of method. A project may be a foundation-stage system, working MVP, operational prototype, internal tool or production-facing R&D track, but its declared maturity remains the boundary for how it should be read.

The recurring question is practical: how do fragmented workflows become systems with state, provenance, access control, review, cost visibility and human supervision?

KRD is grounded in virtual production, real-time systems, AI systems, workflow automation, post-production, delivery and operational context. The perspective is not only software-first; it comes from the point where cameras, LED volumes, media servers, VFX workflows, DCP/KDM delivery and production departments meet real constraints.

This background shapes the software: tools are designed around state, review, provenance, production memory and bounded automation instead of abstract dashboards or loose AI demos.

Some public projects sit between KRD-owned systems, collaborations, ecosystem work and external brands. The distinction matters: KRD should be credited for the system work it actually built, without erasing originators or overstating ownership.

Famousify was originally initiated by Tiziano Fioriti and belongs to his initial brand/project direction. KRD did not invent the original brand/IP from zero; KRD built the AI/backend generation studio and product-to-checkout workflow layer, which is already close to a reusable template system for fast product-generation apps. What remains is mostly productization and hardening.

Glimpser began from a prototype developed around Tiziano Fioriti's Himil project: contextual short-form clips designed to enrich a pre-existing narrative world before and during production. KRD expanded and re-engineered that prototype into a broader production system for reusable worlds, controlled runs, approvals, credits and organized delivery.
