KURA is a self-updating personal medical archive where the user owns the data substrate. It is built as user-owned health data infrastructure: medical PDF reports stay in the user's own cloud folder, structured longitudinal data is extracted into user-controlled artifacts, and a private static dashboard is regenerated with trends, watchlists and priority summaries.

There is no central backend of patient records: source documents stay in user storage, derived data lives in user-controlled infrastructure, and access runs through the user's own authentication layer. KURA organizes medical memory so patients and physicians arrive with clearer longitudinal context. It is not a diagnostic system, not an AI doctor, not medical advice and not an EHR.

The value of KURA is continuity. Individual lab reports are useful, but long-term trends, units, dates and source provenance are what let a person prepare better for a medical conversation.

The trend view shows the archive as longitudinal infrastructure: values remain tied to their source reports while slow-moving changes and priority labels become visible.

Structured extraction

Extraction becomes normalized structure

KURA separates extraction from interpretation. First, documents are parsed into structured records with dates, units, source links and normalized entities. Then a second stage can prioritize what might be useful to review.

The medication table shows the practical result: information that was trapped in scattered PDFs becomes a source-linked structure that can be checked, corrected and discussed.
