The challenge is more than storing a report. It is finding a value from three years ago, reconstructing a course of treatment, or arriving at an appointment with a coherent picture. KURA grew from this practical need, connecting documents, data and interpretation in one environment.
Its value lies in moving from individual files to continuity around the person: the record follows their history even when documents come from different providers and periods.
For patients

PDFs, photographs, handwritten prescriptions, documents and spreadsheets can enter the same record, including through a single batch upload. KURA extracts their information and makes it searchable, keeping originals accessible and flagging readings that need review.
Lab results can be explored as cards, panels, reports or tables. Each measurement retains its date, unit and laboratory reference interval, making it easier to retrieve a result, follow its history and prepare for a conversation with a physician.

Continuity over time
Reports, events and therapies in one history.
The timeline connects tests, appointments, imaging, prescriptions and therapies. Users can move from the whole record to a specific period and overlay a parameter’s trend on clinical events. The dashboard brings together summaries, highlights and items to follow over time.
KURA distinguishes active conditions, possibilities awaiting confirmation and resolved events. It also distinguishes a prescription from a treatment actually followed. Context remains readable without turning every historical document into a description of the present.

Exploration and AI
From questions to verifiable comparisons.
What changed between two check-ups? Which values move together? Explore combines filters, date comparisons, persistent trends, unusual changes and views before and after an event. Two to four parameters can be compared in their original units or on a normalized scale.
Ask lets users query the record in natural language, with answers referring back to source information. Charts and filters remain available without a new AI call for every interaction. AI helps read and connect information while keeping sources, uncertainty and the physician’s judgement distinct.

Patients can share their record with a physician, who can consult documents, values, timelines, therapies and exploration tools. The consultation starts from an organized history, with a route back to the source material.
The multi-user system separates records, identities and permissions. An authorized physician can add observations with authorship and dates; sharing annotations and using Ask have separate permissions. Personal patient notes remain separate. It provides a shared basis for discussion while preserving distinct roles.

Compared with a workflow spread across folders, separate portals and individual report readings, KURA connects information that would otherwise have to be reconstructed by hand. Storage, search, comparison over time, AI-assisted consultation and discussion with a physician become parts of the same process. The focus is the person’s health history, complementing the management systems used by care providers.

The same approach offers a practical direction for organizations that follow people over time: preparing appointments, gathering documentation and supporting continuity between professionals. KURA is already working and continues to evolve towards a broader multi-user experience and applications for medical centers, clinics and healthcare institutions.
Development includes a symptom and therapy diary, visual medication aids, charts built through conversation and tools to explore multiple records with dedicated permissions. The aim is to extend an existing foundation while preserving the connections between information, sources and people.
